Thinh Phat Industrial Complex in Ho chi Minh

 

TECHNICAL STRUCTURES

a. Internal traffic system

The traffic system of the Industrial Complex including:

The main road axis:

 

- Road boundary 33m in width: The 830 Provincial road runs across the gate of the Industrial Complex center:

+ 2 vehicle lanes 8m:16m in width for each side
+ a 3m partition
+ 7m pavement on each side

- Road boundary 36m in width

+ There are 2 vehicle lanes 7m:14m in width for each side
+ a 3m:6m partition
+ 4m road for vehicle weight checking station
+ 5m, 7m:12m pavement on each side

The traffic spot between the main road axis with the 830 provincial roas will be expanded for securing traffic safety purpose. Road boundary 29m in width: A perpendicular road with the main axis at the center and towards to the Northern side of the Complex (for future expansion project).

+ There are 4 vehicle lanes, 15m in width
+ 14m pavement on each side

Internal roads:

- Road boundary 20.5m in width

+ There are 3 vehicle lanes 10.5m in width
+ 5m:10m pavement on each side.

- Road boundary 18m in width:

+ There are 2 vehicle lanes 8m in widt
+ 5m:10m pavement on each side

b. Power supply system :

b.1 Supplying source :

From 2 main power networks: 110/15(22)kV-65MVA Ben Luc station and 110/15(22)kV-2x25 MVA Duc Hoa station transmission through the available 15(22)kV mid voltage lines along the 830 provicial road (432 and 871 lines).

The mid voltage transmission line would be upgraded and developed along the 830 provincial road to secure the power demand of the Complex when expanded. This development would be undertaken by the Electricity Company of Long An Province.

b.2 Mid voltage network and transformer station distributions

The 22kV mid voltage network system is taken from the power network from 830 provincial road, applying 2 lines of AsV95mm2, insulated 3kV + E(As50mm2), fixed on 14m high power piles. The average distance of each pile is around 50m.

- The 22kV mid voltage network system formed in beam shape, applying cable AsV95mm2, 3kV+E(As50mm2)insulated, fixed on 12m high power piles. The average distance of each pile is around 50m.

- To invest in building up 3 power distributing transformers: One 15(22)/0.4kV – 320VkA and one 15(22)/0.4kV-320VkA (for the 1 st phase). The remaning one 15(22)/0.4kV-320VkA is for the supply of low voltage to the management and service center of the Industrial Complex.

- 22/0.4kV distribution transformers for low voltage loading will be built as per individual factory, enterprise, securing safe power supply and system economically running.

b.3 Public lighting system :

It is designed for the whole Complex and consistent to TCXDVN 259- 2002 standard, with high technical arts, securing lighting on the surface of the roads (internal and main axis roads) for traffic safety demand.

c . Water supply system.

c.1 Water demand:

- Water supplied for the Complex satisfies the sanitary demand of the water used for living as per TCVN 5502-2003 standard.

- Water supplied for industrial production is calculated on the basis of the demand of factories in the whole Complex.

Road cleaning and tree irrigation purposes

c.2 Water supplying network :

The water supplying network of the whole Complex is designed on a closed network basis :

- Pipe lines are placed in the pavements, acrossing factory land lot and making it easy for joining water system supply to individual factory.

- D100 water pillars for fire-fighting are disposed in a distance of 150-250m at 3-way crossing roads and 4-way crossing roads.

- The network will be built according to each construction phase, ensuring supplying demand for each investment schedule.

c.3 Drainage system.

The rain water is supposed to flow into drainage system in the factories and techincal drainage boxes by the road-sides, then gathered into the main drainage system and discharged into the available trenches

d. Wasted water discharging system

To implement invironment protection guidelines, Thinh Phat Industrial Complex invests in a full sewage treatment system.

d.1. The wasted water system in the Complex is classified into 2 parts:

- Individual system in each factory: Wasted water will be treated in each factory to secure TCVN 5945-1995 standard prior to gathered at the general treatment station.

- Outside factory drainage pipe system lead to the general treatment station where the water is put into 2 nd treatment as per TCVN5945-1995 prior to discharging them to outside channel (this is to ensure the quality of the water discharged for the protection of aquatic living).

d.2. Outside factory drainage network:

- Drainage system are designed to lead the water in the Complex gather at the general treatment station.

- The drainage can secure the volume of water retreating according to development phases.

Sewage treatment flow chart:

Waste and mud treatment measurements: They are dried and pressed, disinfected and deodorized prior to discharged at a environmentally designated area

e. Garbage and industrial wastes treatment:

The Urbant Environment Company will have a direct service contract with individual factory in the Complex. The waste items will be collected and taken to garbage treatment area (10km to the South from the Complex).

- The air quality outside the factories and enterprises in the Complex must be maintained at TCVN 5939-1995 & TCVN5940-1995 standard.

- Factories, enterprises are not allowed to discharge smoke, dust, stinking smell, harmful and corrosive substances…that are over standard limit as per Viet Nam regulation.

f. Communication system

The communication system is a major clue to the production and business activities of the factories and management center. In view of this, when designed, the system is calculated to actually ensure the demanding volume of the whole Complex, such as telephone subscriptions, mobile communication means as well as Internet network of the whole Complex.
